Empire Restoration is nothing short of amazing! Eric and his team are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, kind, courteous and will go out of their way to do everything they can to help their customers through the most difficult times of water damaged property. Shout out to Empire Restoration. I had water damage in my kitchen. Eric, the owner, personally came out to evaluate the situation and explained the process and insurance billing to me thoroughly and in a manner I could understand . Tori, went above and beyond to provide me with their contract so I could review it ahead of time before signing and was the liaison with my insurance company. Very professional and patient. Crew Omar, Kevin and Ryan did thorough and complete job with the dry out, mold remediation and de-construction. Courteous and professional during the entire time they were in my home and very mindful of doing a great job. I highly recommend this company if you have water damage that requires dry out, mold remediation and de-construction!
